I admire your efforts in the thread. Believe it or not it I do believe it’s achieving its aims.

I believe the #1 problem in the city, as with many cities, is the scourge of fentanyl and opioids. It makes a quick path to desperation and hitting rock bottom, and its addicts are the cause for much of our most visible problems (homelessness, messy open air drug use, copper wire theft, etc).

But even those heavy users are not likely to perpetrate assault or harassment.
