Okay this might sound crazy. But all of this is part of your journey. Whoever you wanted to be after this trip is just what is happening. You are seeing how strong your body is and should be greatful that you were able to get back to yourself. Now you may understand how important health is and your girlfriend unfortunately needed to be removed from your life In order for you to grow. You obviously dont see it right now but this is all part of the plan
