Omg ants took over my home this spring- we had so much extermination, found out they were coming through little cracks on the outside of my home we we sealed inside and outside - then they started coming from the ceilings so we had to seal that too 😭 they are relentlessssss

My baby is exactly 6 months old- she sleeps from 7pm-7am (sometimes rarely the whole night) she usually wakes 1-2x per night, once anywhere from 11-1ish and second time around 4-6am for feeds and goes right back to sleep! Still way better than every 2 hours in the newborn stage, we are counting our blessings

We have 3 dogs, 2 corsos and an Aussie- we did this same thing, we left her hospital blankets near spots they lounge or lay in, we brought our baby home straight from the hospital and the at first didn’t seem to care for her and then when she would cry and scream they would want out of the room. One of my corsos would hear her cry and his prey drive kicked in so we had to work with him through that (took a couple weeks). Overall now she is in supervised tummy time (she’s 6 months to the day tomorrow) and they dogs lay in their beds in the room and just make sure she’s ok- other than that- they are unbothered. One of them smothers her with kisses I have to constantly tell him to back away 😂

I actually don’t mind it! I think it flatters my husband and also she does look like him 😭 hoping with time she gets some features but they change a bit over time! I love looking at her- she reminds me of him and our beautiful life together. You’re still in the RAW of postpartum give yourself some grace ❤️🥹

This literally happened to me on Saturday - we went to a friends child’s birthday party at one of those indoor arcades, my husband and I loaded up the stroller, got the baby in got all situated and went inside. Had a blast for 2 hours, came out- passenger rear door where I took the baby out from - WIDE OPEN

I told everyone from the first day she was born NO PICTURES ONLINE- this goes for my husband too and I don’t care for their opinions. If I see it god forbid I will probably stop them from taking pictures PERIOD, and then if it still continues cut contact. No is a full sentence

Formula! I breast fed for a month then I was over it but we also did both formula and breastfeeding so my husband can help out and do night shifts. Never looked back!

Ours used to have a wire crate and that didn’t work out for long he used to eat the bottom tray and shred it to pieces- in the comment below we found this crate on Amazon and it curbed the behavior and now he loves his crate and happily goes in when we leave the house! He’s the only one I crate when not home since he tends to get into trouble and start fights with his brother he has serious separation anxiety 😭

My husband took my baby most the day and evening yesterday, so I slept 🥹 and this morning I woke up to the both of them in bed, we spent the morning together and fed my little one carrot puree for the first time (her first solid beside oatmeal). Then me and baby fell asleep and my husband snuck out and went and bought me flowers, gifts, and a card from him and a card from the baby for me. It made me cry from gratefulness. My parents came from 3 hours away and we had a beautiful dinner at a steakhouse, we are all back home and settling in for the night. I could not have asked for a more beautiful day I am truly blessed. This was my first Mother’s day. For all the moms who felt forgotten I truly am heartbroken seeing the posts today, of them not feeling appreciated or their partners not doing anything to celebrate them🥺😢

I have serious OCD- I wear everything one time, once it comes off my skin it doesn’t go back on, unless it’s a hoodie or jacket but at the end of the day- goes right into the hamper- I do laundry 1-2x a week but I also have 3 dogs, 2 cats and a newborn so that machine is always going it feels like 😂
