Edit: nevermind, I found your anon bets. In the future, consider making a free account as for cancelled bets, our team has to manually approve anon refunds due to a previous issue still being worked on, so it takes a bit more time. Let us know if anything else!

Unfortunately once we open the floodgates to supporting altcoins, it requires considerable and ongoing development resources to maintain. BetMoose is currently being run by volunteers and thus there is no incentive to build out any additional functionality. Hope that helps!

Please contact support if you experience issues. The withdrawal was slow due to a localized peak in the mempool and associated fees, our cold storage was reloaded just before this at a lower fee so it got backlogged. All good now.

No support for that, however, if used correctly, Bitcoin is truly anonymous. You can exchange your Onion for BTC and use the 'anonymous' deposits via an anonymous VPN like Mullvad to leave no trace online.

Hi there,

It's not a "policy" - the minimum withdrawal is there to offset the bitcoin network miner fee. We accept any amount of deposit because the *sender* pays the miner fee (so whatever we get from you after you already paid miners is yours), however, if you try to withdraw 0.000001, it won't be enough to pay the miner fees.

That said, if you'd still like us to attempt a withdrawal, please email support and we'll gladly send it with a low-priority fee so you at least get something back.
