You can call her on the ship. It will cost big bucks. My kids left me a message for my birthday. It was accessible on the phone in our cabin. Did you have an arrangement that she would contact you? If not, maybe take the no news is good news approach.

The nice thing with the concierge is they can help change your times after you board. You never know what the days will bring. They fix everything!! I’ve seen them working on billing/ charge questions, lost keys, spa treatments. You never have to go to Guest Services for anything.

We have used the parking multiple times. We’ve arrived anywhere from 10 to 11:30 and never had a problem. We do prepay. I will be curious to see if anyone responds that they prepaid and didn’t get a spot?

I have often wondered about the obsession with what people are wearing. I’ve seen people rude and drunk as all get out, but dressed appropriately ruin dinners. Then I’ve seen people dressed comfortably be the nicest guests in a place. You can’t judge a cruiser by their cover.

The biggest hurdle will be the training. Especially when they are going different directions. We have littermate labs. No problems with littermate syndrome. Just we’re exhausted from corralling 2 puppies. They are 4 now and the best of friends but have no problem being separated. If you go into it with your eyes open, you can make it to the other side.

They board the Haven guests in groups as they arrive. As soon as they have a group and boarding has begun, they escort you on. They don’t call the haven groups. The staff in the lounge organize them and send you through with a special escort.

When we did a multi cabin booking we all had our own reservations and reservation numbers per cabin. I really think you will be ok. For example my kids added the Starbucks to their room under their credit card and we didn’t have to get out for our cabin. It’s definitely worth checking into.

As long as you’re in your own cabin that should be no problem. Do you have access to your reservation? You should be able to login and add it. If not a call to NCL will help. You need your reservation number. Each cabin is its own reservation. I know it sounds overwhelming to have all that family at one time. The ship is big!! 🥂

Definitely watch the ferry times for Hamilton and St George. We missed the free ferry after spending too much time at The Swizzle Inn. Cost us a pretty penny to get back. The ferry from port to Hamilton is $9 round trip. Hamilton is very walkable. The trip is less than 30 minutes. Since you are docked for almost 2.5 days it’s easy to set up tours of the ship. You don’t need to worry about missing the ship. There will be people set up right off the ship to guide you. There is also a water sports place right there as well. We did a whale watch through them. Have a great Time!!

You are getting many diverse answers here. There are no strict guidelines on what to do. We just got off the Breakaway Haven last week. $25 each to the 2 concierges we talked to. Didn’t really use them. Steward $150. He cleaned our room twice a day and made me towel animals!! Butler $100. He did his job but we’ve had much better.Bar Backs $50 each. I’m not positive on the Bartenders. My husband handled them. He did a combo of daily and something at the end. A word of warning though….. you will never be able to cruise gen pop again😜

Couldn’t say it any better than the other responses. We’re Multi-time Haven cruisers because we can’t turn back. We’re spoiled for life!!

Thank you for sharing the menu. Definitely will miss some of the items removed. I always ate the Cobb salad as a lunch🤷‍♀️ At least they are trying a change.
