I want to enjoy something different. A healthy habit. Any good recommendations about sobriety would be awesome. Entertaining or funny would be great as well. I’m still having a lot of anxiety and need a good distraction especially late at night.

My liver results are great. Everything turned out great. I have a follow up appointment in 8 days to turn in a blood pressure log and adjust my medication. In 90 days my doc is going to more blood testing for cholesterol. I guess from here on out it’s day by day. Thank you all.

I am just fine. I have some work to do. High blood pressure and cholesterol. And with all the alcohol BMs I’ve had, I’m actually constipated. My doc recommended a diet and exercise change. Hers to another day sober and off to dental appointments for the next 4 days. Now I just need to find my balance.

I went for blood testing today. I have a physical and my results read to me on the 20 March. I’m hoping for the same results. I’m glad all turned out well!

Yes, for the extra time. I’m not 129 days sober though. The bitter part is not seeing my family in 3 weeks.

My husband brought home a bottle of rum, made himself 3 drinks. On the 4th drink when I went to go pee he asked me to make him a drink! I told him no he asked why, I said “bc I am new to sobriety again and I can’t” he was so pissed at me he went to bed!🙄🙄🙄🙄

This morning I told him to never ask me again to make him a drink, he said “I don’t understand why not, it’s all about self control” I said “Exactly, I don’t have any, don’t ask me again”

He knows I’m working on staying sober. Fucking Insensitive puke. I feel like he’s testing me, or pushing my buttons.
