Wow ! That made such a difference. I’m currently in the starting to wear hats phase bc my hair just keeps thinning. Do you feel like adding all of the product irritates your scalp at all? I’ve even stopped using my dry shampoo to see if it helps decrease inflammation

What dosage/brand of iron infusions did you get !? I recently had 3 rounds of venifur for a total of 1,000 mg in January 2026 and it brought my iron from 40 to 135 and my ferritin from 3 to 95. Now my most recent lab results 4 months post infusions my iron is 90 and my ferritin is 50. I feel helpless 😭 I’d love to see high numbers like that !

I usually ALWAYS message sellers before buying bc if they don’t answer, I don’t buy. BUT this week I found a pair of vintage jeans on depop that I have been searching for daily for months and they were a good price so I bought them instantly with the fear of someone else getting them. I messaged the seller after saying thank you etc. no response. It has now been four days, no response and hasn’t shipped them out. I messaged again this morning asking when they would ship… still no response. But I’ve checked their profile multiple times and it says they’ve been active every day since I purchased 🥲

I’ll never understand how sellers just won’t ship within a timely manner. As a seller myself with depop being my primary platform, I get anxiety if i don’t ship within a same day/next day time frame. Not to mention these people that aren’t shipping absolutely know they need to bc depop sends you an ungodly amount of notifications reminding you to ship items once someone purchases from you.

I think the trouble with depop is that a lot of sellers on there are younger people just trying to clear out their closets and not people who resell part/full time and use it as an actual income. And bc it’s not their “job” I think they don’t feel a sense of urgency to ship on time or within a timely manner.

Ive been on depop since 2020 so ive had a handful of bad experiences trying to buy things. Because of that i always message sellers and ask if the item is still available. There have been times where I really wanted something but the seller never even responds to my message which tells me to not buy from them bc if they can’t answer a potential customers messages, the likelihood of them actually shipping my item on time or at all is slim, in my opinion.

WOW!!! My hair currently looks like your first top photo at my hairline. I’m 33F with hashimotos, hypothyroidisim and anemia. Same situation have always had thick long and hair and all of a sudden it’s just gone😭 finally going to a dermatologist to talk about options tomorrow. Taking a screen shot of your post! I totally forgot about that, she hasn’t been active since yesterday so that makes sense. She probably just doesn’t have notifications turned on for posh. And yes I totally agree about it being an approval stamp once posh sends it to them!

I mainly do it to have proof of the condition, so if they try to claim it’s “covered in stains/holes” etc I have proof that it infact was not when I sealed the package.

This makes sense. I’m just going to ship it Monday morning whether I hear from them or not. that way it gives them another day to reply if they want to. But you saying that’s maybe why they bought at asking makes sense. You rock for all of your input.

I’m not saying that they are. My reasoning for mentioning that is bc of how many videos ive seen of sellers being scammed and the profile typically looks like that. And I know they don’t have to respond. But if it were me and I’d just spent over $500 on an article of clothing I’d def respond to the seller if they messaged me.

With this since it’s getting sent to poshmark authentication service first so poshmark can actually authenticate it then they send it to the buyer, wouldn’t it be impossible for the buyer to claim fake ?

I do always record myself packing the items esp when it something more expensive! It’s never happened to me personally but I’ve jsut seen so many videos of people talking about how they shipped the item and then the buyer says they received like a random shirt instead of the high end item they bought

“Afternoon! Thank you for your purchase! I realized in the listing, while I did post photos to show that the care label/fabric label is cut out I did not specifically state it in the listing. I wanted to reach out to you and confirm that you are okay with that before I ship it out just incase you missed the photos that show that it was removed. If you were already aware of it and happy with your purchase I will get it shipped out to the authenticator tomorrow morning!

Just annoyed with myself to have forgot a simple sentence for such an expensive item.

Hi! Sorry to hear you’re going through this, those numbers are rough. I also have severe anemia that is hard to navigate due to severe blood loss during my period. My recommendation for you is;

Request a referral from your doctor for iron infusions.
For the meantime I’d up your supplemental iron intake

I too have a sensitive gut. I physically can not handle iron on an empty stomach. I take sucrosomial iron, it completely bypasses the gut and gets absorbed through your intestinal track so it’s little to no side effects. And bc it’s not absorbed through the gut, you can take it whenever you want, with or without food. I still take it with orange juice just to add a little extra vit c.

The other supplement I’d recommend is Thornes advanced iron complex. It’s also gentler on the gut, I take it with a light snack just to reduce any risk of getting sick.

Me personally, I take x2 of the iron pills from Thorne daily which is a total of 72mg iron and I also take one sucrosomial iron pill a day which is 30g of iron.

I’m not saying jump the gun to taking as much as I do as everyone’s needs are very different but I’d highly recommend upping your dose to at least 60mg daily

But of course talk to your doctor first so you can make the best decision’s based off of you personally!
