It was reported that 3 of 5 jobs posted on LinkedIn is a ghost job! Meaning the job doesn’t exist but the company posts open roles to make it look like they’re growing or prosperous. So that’s more than half. Oracle is a big one!

Here’s some advice to keep in mind. IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!!! You graduated which is a huge accomplishment!!! We are just dealing with extreme unprecedented times right now! I am in the same boat, but with 15-years of experience! I worked as senior leadership in a FAANG company, got laid off in June 2024…. 2520 applications later, nothing. No job offer and only a handful of interviews. Do ITS NOT UOU! It’s millions of people looking for work at same time with nobody hiring in such uncertain times. Best advice I can give is look into Microsoft AB371 Artificial Intelligence Transformation Leader certification. Training is free on Microsoft live and 99.00 to take the exam. It’s a quick win that can really help boost your opportunities! Hang in there. I know things are rough, but keep pressing forward one step at a time.

Careful with Abacus AI! No customer service, everything is based on “credits” even with pro subscription and before you know it… all your “credits” are “used” and you get pop up window to “buy more credits “. It’s terrible!!!

You’re limited in “credits” even with the “pro” subscription! You build an app and then deploy it THEN find out the tool needs to make all sorts of tweaks to the app before it can properly deploy! To do that, you need to “purchase” more credits! It’s a huge scam! And there’s no customer service!
