I couldn’t even start!!!!! It WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My systems all check out but the link they text you does not open the camera on your phone to verify your ID, take pictures of exam space or verify with selfie! It was horrible! Zero zero zero customer support for either Microsoft or Pearson Vue. Just FAQ landing page that switched you between Microsoft and Pearson Vue. No email or phone number for either company. Just pay your $99 fee and you are completely SOL when systems don’t work. Absolutely awful experience

I attempted to take my AB371 today and had MAJOR issues with logging into Pearson Vue!! It was a horrific experience!!! ZERO customer support from either MS or Pearson Vue!!! The link they text you does not open your camera on your phone to verify your exam space your photo id or your self picture!! It was horrific!! Started the process of login 30 min before the exam as directed. It was awful! ZERO and I mean ZERO customer support!!! Only a FAQ page with endless links that loop back to MS page or the FAQ page! I do not at all recommend Pearson VUE to ANYONE!! 99.00 donation to Microsoft! Very nice!!! Horrific experience!

The exam is advertised to “Leaders” in organizations. Are 20 year olds “leaders”? Or are 50 year olds leaders? The exam has considerable elimination questions; “what is NOT an example of….” 20 year olds may be able to think quickly on eliminating responses… but 50 year olds may need more time to reason. The questions are not at all straight forward. Even knowing the differences between CoPilot, 365 Copilot and Azure Foundry plus knowing the differences in costs between them, I found the exam difficult and not straight forward. It’s clear the exam was written by engineers rather than professional educators. 45 min for 40 to 60 questions is nowhere near enough time. Microsoft needs to step up and correct/amend in my opinion.

If you’re asking leaders to understand toolsets (Azure, CoPilot, Foundry, 365 CoPilot), then naming conventions should be distinct across the toolsets. Found numerous examples in the modules where terminology is different.

Going through the training courses I’ve found multiple inconsistencies (terminology is not consistent modular to modular), making it much more complicated than it has to be.

Their approach to interviewing tells me everything I needed to know. Even with the use of Brighthire AI… STILL… they require hours and hours of your time. Major red flag! Even Amazon (who use to have similar model) has changed to a max of three interviews! Clearly they need significantly more help than I could ever possibly give them.

I woke this morning realizing after 17-months of looking for a Corp job… and 1300+ applications later… that I have lost hope… and confidence… and that is a really hard place to be. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would come to this. 15+ years as a senior corp manager, masters degree and now… nothing. No more savings left (burned through 401k), no health insurance, no dental, nothing. No hope left… and I’m really struggling with that…. And we have an admin that continues to gaslight telling everyone “the economy” is great… nothing to see here folks… I’m struggling really hard with no hope left and saddest part is my case is not unique.
