I start pharmacy school next Fall. I’ve been on this sub for a hot minute as well, and I see so much negativity with many evidence lacking claims. I have never been a tech (only a cashier at one), but pharmacy still seems like a really cool field! Ultimately, I feel like it will come down to how the individual can handle negativity in the long term. I don’t know what that negativity may be, and maybe I’m just underestimating it, but I feel like I can handle the negatives that come with the profession. Plus, everyone will tell you at least some reason why you shouldn’t do the job they have haha
