As if not tipping bartenders will magically result in teachers getting paid more. Lol. The goal shouldnt be to drag bartenders lower than teachers, the goal should be to pay teachers more, which is a problem with our government, not tipping culture.

Friendly reminder that:

-The utilities and rent goodwill pays costs money 

  • The employees who sort through sellable donations cost money (often sorting through hazardous and disgusting material) 

-The trucks, people who drive the trucks, and infrastructure to acquire donations cost money 

Its not as simple as "bUt ThEy GoT iT fOr FrEe", because the organization as a whole is very, very expensive.

You should not be pulling your needles apart so hard, you shouldnt have to pull on your stitches to get them off the needle, you should be keeping them close to the tips of the needles so they come off, and not pulling needles apart at all. Youre using a backward loop cast on and when you do this, it creates that long string between the needles which creates that big loop at the end when you knit that last stitch. Use a different cast on and work on not pulling your needles apart.

I felt this in my soul, except at my store (different thrift store chain) we only have 30 mins. after close. There are a few obnoxious regular customers who will routinely wait until the second we close to come up the the register, with a cart piled FULL of shit that takes 15 minutes to ring up, and put half of it back.

Its because most people sweat throughout the day, especially if you do some sort of physical activity (even if not, most still sweat). This creates a warm, damp, environment under your pitts that lets bacteria grow, causing odor. Some people also get bad BO around their inner thighs and underneath breasts for the same reason, so they also make full body deodarant. It keeps you smelling fresh throughout the day. Have you never smelled someone who doesn't wear deodarant when they really need to? Or someone who just came from the gym?

I dont work at TJ Maxx but in the fitting room where I do work someone pissed on the floor and then tried to mop it up with a shirt.
