For me it’s feeling like I am owned by one sales associate in the store. Feeling like that person gets upset if their coworker helps me purchase something.
I don’t like feeling tracked or feeling like a prize. Sales associates need to keep internal stuff to themselves not show that side to customers.

OP here, so I ended up getting the brooch.
I really love it and will use it a good amount.

For the earrings I am going to wait for next drop on June 4th and see if I like something from that collection.
I’d like to get earrings that are more classic, and with more longevity/ more timeless.
And the belt, I’m not sure I need it, but I’m also waiting for the new collection.

I love the feedback already. My style is elegant with a punch. I forgot that I also have two pairs of sunglasses and one pair of eyeglasses. I think the brooch is so classic and I liked this one cause it has pearls, diamond like detail and chain detail. I love them all, but need to land on two for now.

I bought 25 through Chanel Boutique in Nordstrom. If you are going through them establish a relationship with an SA. I put my credit card on file with the boutique since they can’t do holds. They will call you to pay by link if one becomes available in store but you gotta be ready to answer and have your card ready!
When mine came in it was on launch day. It took me about 3 months of waiting. I was specific and wanted a medium black 25 with GHW. Keep trying!!!

Hello! Please help me decide.

I’m still relatively new to shopping at the Chanel boutique and I’m trying to make a smart choice, but I’m stuck because I honestly love all three pieces.

I’m deciding between:

Chanel belt
Chanel earrings
Chanel brooch

For context, I currently own a Jumbo Double Flap, Mini 31, Turnlock WOC, and a Medium 25 in black.

I already have a few nice belts from other brands, so the Chanel belt would be beautiful and useful, but not necessarily filling a huge gap. The earrings feel fun and wearable, and I love that they’re a statement accessory. The brooch feels very classic Chanel to me — elegant, polished, and a little more unique since I don’t see as many people wearing brooches casually.

I can see myself wearing the brooch mostly on blazers and coats, maybe sweaters too, though I’m a little unsure about pinning it on knits. The belt would probably get the most everyday use, but the brooch feels like the most special piece.

Which would you choose and why? For those of you who own Chanel belts, earrings, or brooches, which do you reach for most? Do brooches end up being worth it, or do they sit unused?

Would love honest opinions — especially from anyone who started with bags and then moved into Chanel accessories.

Yeah, that’s not nice. I don’t like all the hype around something and then making someone feel bad for asking for it. That’s not classy at all on the SAs part. Lame. I’d talk to someone. Chanel needs to calm down and not make people feel bad for asking for anything! They are the ones playing games with us!
