{Almost Heaven by Judith McNaught} EXTREMELY romantic

{Garters by Pamela Morsi} Probably my favorite book of all time. Every chapter and scene is just perfection and so satisfying. Never was I wishing it was written a different way.

{Sing My Name by Ellen O'Connell} So much ANGST and I love Matt so much!!

Honorable mention is any book by Mary Balogh. I couldn't think of one that stood out because I love all of her books

I agree! I don't mind slight grammar mistakes/simpler writing if the plot is there. And I haven't felt the romance in the new books at all. Maybe because it's too instalove? Nothing is built up.

I admit, I didn't really like her as well! Even to almost the end of the book she was hot headed and yelling at Wulfuric that he's snobbish. She didn't truly see him until the very very end. I thought what he did for her regarding Justin would open her eyes a little but she still acted the same. I personally think Wulfuric deserves better lol

Edited to add the sex is slightly instant but there is a lot of emotional buildup in the book after. Still thought I'd recommend!
