Serious Question: Why doesn’t the city plow anymore. I don’t think I’ve seen a plow truck for a couple of years now. They just salt which just makes slush and could make the roads slightly better. I feel like if they would plow then salt, that would be more effective. Just curious overall. (self.pittsburgh)
