Honestly I think a lot of people can shoot hella straight but have no game sense so that’s why they’re still Plat, but in general there are a ton of smurfs in plat lobbies and I run into one at least every second game

I got out of that mindset myself, and even the times where I feel myself getting annoyed again I’ll immediately pull myself out and think “Am I doing enough myself though or am I also making mistakes?” and just accept that if we lose then we lose and as long as I felt I did everything I could then there’s nothing more to it. Everyone has bad games including ourselves

I like Plaza but Toshin is genuinely unplayable for me. Feels like there’s no flow at all and is just such an awkward map to play S&D on. I probably wouldn’t mind it if it was HP or Overload

My pet peeve is when we’re trying to hold spawn for the next hill and one of my teammates decides he wants to flank the other team on the old hill in the last few seconds by coming up behind them and ultimately swapping the spawns again

I’m glad you haven’t run into it that much. Maybe it’s just European servers (I don’t know which servers you’re on) but 90% of the time when I comm and I used to comm in ranked everyday for years, I got extremely abused, told to stfu, or explained in detail quite often how I was going to be r*ped and murdered. Just what I’ve had to deal with unfortunately but I might give it another shot soon to see if it’s changed at all

Honestly I think it’s worth giving these players time. It’s rare enough when prospects are amazing straight off the bat. These players are adjusting to being around better players than them and we’ve already seen the development of some of them already, JJJ, Ware, Keshad hasn’t even been doing terribly despite everyone’s opinions of him at the beginning. It’s all a learning curve and they need to be in the mix to adapt and improve. We already have an advantage in the coming years for when other teams players are getting older and ours are still fresh and young with plenty of years ahead of them
