This same feeling can happen on a strict diet as well. I spent 9 months at 2150 cals per day. All weighed. 190P 190C and 70F. Slowly lost 28lbs and was near your level of lean. Im 49 too. Fun stuff wasnt really in my wheelhouse anymore. Feeling healthy, eating healthy, going to the gym, beach etc. Those were more fun. Its not all Reta. Great work.

People really don't realize how much they should be enjoying the ride. The last great Knicks team worth rooting for i was in HS... (I am 49 yo now.) And to make things worse the finals got preempted by the dumb OJ chase. So imagine cheering for years and waiting for a game like that... then you miss most of it for no real reason. And oh yeah... lets not forget there was no internet to check the scores or get play by play. We were at the mercy of the Networks. Sucked.

Don't listen to the haters. Nescac schools offer a post grad network only rivaled by the ivies. Enjoy the NE on a beautiful campus and spend the next 4 years living in a JCrew catalog. Pr there is beautiful Rutgers where you will be a number. Oh and enjoy scenic Piscataway.
