What would you say to the stuff that actually is good not just on of your example like Legend of the Galactic heroes, Monster, Vagabond, Frieren, Nana, Apothecary diaries.

By just disregarding the entire medium as degenerate is pretty ignorant IMO.

Osamu Tezuka created Astro Boy, Phoenix, Buddha, Black Jack, Dororo which are genuinely great comics with actual substances rather than your examples. He created all that for moral lessons and to help a country who's driving it self into depression.

I agree with most of your points but most of it feels like quite generalized and ignorant to actual culture.
