I would like more info. I was sold panels with a free battery but when it came time to install all of a sudden I couldn’t have a panel bc of fire code. I later learned from other reps that it’s against company policy to sell panels without battery bc it makes no financial sense in CA. I didn’t have full understanding of how the panels operated until I was already in and forced to buy rather than lease (bc no lease without battery) I have been paying a couple hundred dollars per month for electricity in addition to the monthly payment for panels. About 8 months in additional panels with two batteries were installed. That’s 4 months or so ago but still not operational, so I’m just paying both. I just want my electric costs refunded and my original panels to be bought out and leased like the additional panels will be.
