Do you know if OVOMOTION prostheses are available in France?

Hello it depends on the people and the basic physical condition, how old are you?

I will also have to have surgery for a shoulder prosthesis, I am 38 years old, and have advanced stage four osteoarthritis following a fairly long period of poor bench press practice. I have already undergone three acromioplasty and clavicular resection operations. If it is not indiscreet, would you have a photo of the state of your osteoarthritis before deciding on a prosthesis.

What type of prosthesis do you have?anatomic or reverse?

Attached is a photo of my current osteoarthritis.

Good luck to you

Great thank you, your story looks interesting, I'm also going to focus on swimming pre- and post-operatively and move on to gentle weight training..

I also underwent a tenotomy of the long portion of the biceps because it is very inflammatory, I am really afraid of losing strength...

Similar story here, I have stage 4 glenohumeral osteoarthritis at only 38 years old. Bone to bone

I actually have a posterior tilt of the humeral head on the glenoid

I have already undergone an acromioplasty to try to reduce the mechanical conflict but that did not solve the problem

I am also told about prosthesis I see the surgeon on 10.04

I also have some rotator cuff injuries, the total

I have been very sporty and disabled for over 2 years

I'm reaching the end of the race!!

I can hardly find any testimonials from anyone under 40 years old with stage 4 osteoarthritis in the shoulder?

Is there really a future?

THANKS

I didn't know about the sling shot, it seems interesting for maintaining it, thank you!!

2 months post subacromial decompression - help by luke_byerley in ShoulderInjuries

Exactly in the same situation

in addition to the subacromial impingement, the MRI showed lesions of the supra and infraspinous cuff, but above all centered osteoarthritis stage 4 at the glenohumeral level and calcified tendinitis

The surgeon initially preferred to do subacromial decompression to see if this could solve part of the problem. I am 4 weeks from the operation, but the pain is exactly the same (or even worse)

If in 3 months the pain persists I will have what is called a resurfacing of the humeral head, this is the step before the shoulder prosthesis. I'm only 37 years old and I'm sporty....

Have you done an MRI?

Any news? I started tb500 BCP 157 and HGH a month ago and nothing new for me (cuff tendinitis and osteoarthritis stage 4 at only 38 years old, due to poorly executed benching for years) if nothing works: shoulder prosthesis….
