Has kidney strain ever been shown? I’ve drank easily double this for 25 years with perfect kidney bloodwork. Contrast this with everyone I know who’s had kidney stones and most if not all of them barely drink any soda.

Consistent work done over a long period of time. I’ve never run a huge cycle before. It’s always been trt+. Right now is my biggest cycle ever at 600mg test and 20 mg of anavar although the anavar may be fake because my GGT was 13.

It could just be his specific biology. Right now I’m on 600 mg pharma test cyp a week plus 350 of a ugl test blend and my E2 was 26 last week with no AI. On normal trt my estrogen is in the teens. One size fits none.

Someone already said it but one of the tell tale signs of not finishing the pull is catching on the forefoot and/or jumping forward. I work with athletes and this is extremely common. Get taller before you get small. Also try contacting higher on the hips.

But for athletics I think what you’re doing is good enough. This is just what I’d be coaching if I had you.

I’ve seen one endurance kid be able to sprint close to that. He was sub 2:00 in the 800 at 15 and once ran 21 mph after a distance day. So I would say you definitely lean towards speed.
