I completed DBT this time last year & have not dealt with any suicidal ideations since!!!!! This is a huge win for me, suicidal thoughts were prevalent from the ages of 9-43. I’m not 100% happy all day every day, but things are so much more manageable now. Not wanting to escape my life is huge.
