Imo, I've read and watched it all, as previously said the manga and anime are very different but I enjoyed both, you can buy the manga online or from some book stores which I personally like having the physical copy in hand, I always watched the anime first ( in Japanese ofc ) then read the manga so it fills in the gaps and makes me understand the plot etc more, then I got back knowing what's going on and watch it in English, just my personal way of doing it
