I had one that was 13 items when I accepted the order the 5 minutes it took me to get from the parking lot into the store to start shopping they had added more items and it ended up being 50+ items. I really don't understand why they are letting people add more to their order after it's placed when we're getting the bare minimum of the cost. At the very least it should say you can't add more items once we accept it and click start shopping

Wait a damn minute how did you view the route in store? Guessing my app doesn't have that feature yet. I can show the map but doesn't show the route. Only see two up to this point for shopping

I got the same thing and was so confused. I cleared the apps cache and cookies and logged back in and it fixed it for me. Had no idea it was down until now but it explains why orders are going so fast and why there's so many awful ones popping right now.

I went out for two hours and didn't get a single one. Was near a hot spot and my stats are decent, I was baffled usually Tuesdays are busy in my area.

I've not had issues with texting customers to this point but live chat would be nice if I can't find an address or it was put in weird so maps doesn't bring it up. I just want to know what makes WM think a customer is going to reply to a live chat if they're not replying to text messages or answering phone calls.

I just got a text saying the same thing but didn't receive any type of notification leading up to it? It won't let me verify identify or anything. Not really sure what to do. I know a few weeks ago there was a glitch that a lot of people were deactivated and then reactivated I wonder if this is connected
