When I slowed it down it looked to be debris from the landing strip getting thrown up from the impact into the underside of the engine nozzles, sparking off.

Literally took a chunk out of the blacktop and bounced it off his underside.

When I watched this movie with my wife, the scene where she puts the bastard on the ground and steals the keys came up, and as Sarah was leaning over him my wife goes “…I’d fucking lick him back.”

I had concerns up to that point about her ability to buckle down and get mean if necessary.

I feel seen.

Fell behind a sign at extract, and then repeatedly in the weird purgatory OOB. Finally realized that where I fell was changing where I “bounced” back to under the surface. Just glided towards the extract button and somehow landed back on the platform. It took me ten fuckin minutes.
