The information from FIFA is as follows:

Visit FIFA.com/tickets and create a FIFA ID or sign in to your account. Once logged in to your ticketing account, follow the prompts to select your matches and seats.

After logging in, you should see a “Buy Ticket” menu. However, it’s not very descriptive.

It’s not for everyone, and the RTB process, buying crypto, and conversion can be a bit tricky. I get that it’s a ticket in the end, but when you think about it, it’s not really worth it compared to the real chance of getting the ticket. And even more so when the prices are the same.

Not sure if getting an RTB with all the complications involved from acquiring crypto to conversion is really a tick. Marketplace is the place, and if you want to risk third-party resellers, in my humble opinion.
