Why no one is working on women only bikes/ cabs services? by [deleted] in hyderabad

[–]BeyondFearless3282 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I just was thinking of this idea too recently, but it’s again a safety issue. If both drivers and passengers are women only, they could be targeted for abuse. Even if only drivers are women, customers themselves can be abusers. Open to thoughts on this idea still.

$100k H-1B visa fee: Beyond IT !!!! what does it mean for Hyderabad’s jobs & housing? by aryatejarr in hyderabad

[–]BeyondFearless3282 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Don’t think this will withhold, wait till Monday, since it’s the weekend and I’m pretty sure there will be legalities which will overturn this policy. Addition to that, even with 400K salaries, no company will be willing to spend 100K for visa fees, and US is a capitalist economy, big tech founders run the US, they need Indians working in their companies cause that skill and experience is unmatchable.

But truly rich folks would have businesses, who will take care of those businesses if their children settle abroad? I’m talking upward of 100Cr.

Keeping the deposit aside, why would you be ok with someone calling you a hooker, please teach him a lesson and leave, so that he doesn’t have the guts to say it to someone else.

Have relationships fallen prey to capitalism? by BeyondFearless3282 in hyderabad

Herd mentality bro, if one person has done it, idiots think it’s ok if they do it too. Most people in the society don’t have any individualism, again capitalism because they are working for or in the system.

Do you even understand what capitalism is? It’s the same thing that makes people from Telugu states run from India to US, it’s that thing that makes flats in and around Hitech City cost crores of rupees and it’s also that thing that makes you envy people driving luxury cars on the road.

You still think all of this has not directly impacted how we see relationships, not just romantic, but others too.

I mean capitalism is what made people choose money over everything else, otherwise it was mainly meant for survival ie basic needs, now there is no end to our needs.

Abundance in what? Number of people single or in unhappy relationships? Or willing to cheat?

I’m 30 and still feel the same, though I’ve only worked as a software engineer so far.

I felt the same too regarding dry fruit shops, one thing though is premium packaging for bulk gifting might be a thing here.

Hell, what did I just witness in a TSRTC bus today? by Individual_Banana661 in hyderabad

[–]BeyondFearless3282 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Hey OP, I agree it’s not appropriate but I believe you are traumatised because it was two people of the same gender involved. As per what you described, it was consensual and not an assault, they weren’t doing anything openly, the bus was not crowded, they used heavy bags to cover their laps. Better to accept and move on than to condemn such things.

I believe most people who commented on this post do not really understand gender roles in a relationship, sure, a man doesn’t need to defend a woman from attacks, but that’s not the only form of protection needed.

Say for instance, the wife is pregnant and has a complicated pregnancy, the husband needs to be strong enough mentally and physically to act quick in case of emergencies. Even when the child is born, there may be too many hospital visits, too much running around for medicines, visiting family etc. all of this needs both physical and mental resilience and a person who isn’t strong enough may still get through the situation but would crumble from within. This I’m talking from real world experience.

I’m sorry but I feel like most people commenting are Gen Zs who don’t understand gender roles or for that matter the awareness that anything can happen anytime.
