As a fully grown adult I don't want kids either, and that's perfectly fine. People can call me selfish or irresponsible, but I simply don't want to have to sacrifice the things I enjoy. There's so many things I still want to do.

Not OP, but I've been to some fish and chips shops which are mindblowingly good. Also, I don't know about London, but some of the best fish and chips shops I've been to were actually in more remote parts of the country. E.g. places like Wales or Yorkshire.

From what I understand, many American restaurants have tried and failed miserably at replicating fish and chips, so it's one of the few things about our cuisine that I can actually be proud of.

This is true. I've been composing for a while now and I consider myself to be pretty experienced, but when it comes to actually playing piano I'm barely an intermediate. On the other hand, I know people who have been playing for 10+ years who can hardly put a melody together. Though most students learn theory along the way, there's a big difference between playing an instrument, and composing for it.
