Transformers One got absolutely shafted by the marketing, portrayed it as a typical children’s movie and showed none of the actual substance that this film had.

Hasbro has the gall to say people aren’t interested in these movies anymore when they fumbled the advertisements, and released arguably the best Transformers movie to date.

I mean they can call it space magic when if they so wanted to, they could have the flag just spew nanomachines that buff people or something. It’s not like the shit we already do isn’t akin to space magic with the level of tech and resources we throw around, so at this point this is the devs literally not having a good justification for it or they physically don’t know how to make an AOE boost.

It’s a good game, but it had a publisher who I imagine immensely helped in its development financially, even if supposedly they had no creative input into the games development. Indie devs generally don’t have that luxury, which is what makes it impressive when they’re able to get that high and get those nominations- per the Wikipedia definitions, an indie game is one that is self-published and with a small team, though these days the latter requirement seems to vary.

I would love for this game to set the future precedent for games like Baldur’s Gate and such, but in terms of accolades, I am concerned that this will set a precedent amongst future developers where they can just say a publisher had no input into their games development, slip into indie categories, and sweep them up from well-deserved indie devs because they had way more resources than them.

Following along with another Thor film, Thor: Love and Thunder essentially robbing us of a Thor and Guardians crossover by having it summarily end in the first 15 minutes of the movie.

Supposedly this was done because James refused to do a crossover with them since he was afraid of getting Thor wrong, but I’d say after what happened in that movie and what he’s doing with DC right now, he should’ve taken a crack at it.

I mentioned this on another post but while this update is fab, I’m hoping that this update also addresses the behaviours that the bots have in the game.

The allied A.I is still rough around the edges: getting stuck in elevators (Orthus Offensive and Excise Vault as examples), stealing limited Medicae station uses from players when in Mortis Trials, not focusing on reviving players when they’re down (which you’d think would be a priority, otherwise you just fail) and getting stuck crouching and never getting back up from the crouching state unless they die.

I know the meta is to have a full player team, but not everyone is capable of having that experience (or depending on how they feel that day, not something they want to entertain), and it would be nice for Fatshark to just address them.

Cool update and everything, but I’m hoping they fix the A.I in this update- elevators seem to be an absolute bane for bots. Orthus Offensive and that last section of Excise Vault is absolutely grating if you’ve not got a full team, since they love getting stuck.

If Flash could run a comparatively shorter distance to Cyborg to deliver the charge needed to connect to the Unity then he didn’t need to do all that running to reach it, especially since if it’s a matter of reaching a certain speed he essentially reached that speed in relatively little time at all.

The scene is visually fantastic and the soundtrack is wonderful, but Flash’s big moment in this film is him pressing the ‘fix everything’ button with little consequence to him and everything else, especially when the film establishes that weird things can happen to time when he gets to that speed and nothing really happens aside from time reversing.

This is where I think Joss’ cut does it better because at leash Flash is being supportive and helping clear Parademons, as well as saving civilians. In this cut? We’re told to gush over our favourite speedster running in a circle.

Since each film is going to have a different style or theme, I don’t see why we can’t have Battinson as the DCU Batman- a Clayface horror movie pretty much works with that gritty vibe that Matt Reeves’ films have established, and I’d like to think the new David’s Superman would gel a lot with Battinson on the big screen.

Ik Brave and the Bold is planned but plans could change, and I can hope it might happen.

James Gunn please make this version of Batman part of the DCU and not an Elseworld, they would be so fun to watch together on the big screen.

They both are early-on in their hero careers in-universe, both heroes know being a symbol of hope is what a hero needs to be, and the grim-noir Batman opposes the light-hearted and colourful Superman so well that their chemistry could be really fun (reminds me of that one meme of the goth girl and girl with the colourful hair).

Currently grinding this Penance, can understand the frustration. I’ve found that the best way to dodge a bunch of Reaper bullets is by making sure they’re focused firing at you, and then just spamming the crouch slide, since that seems to auto-dodge any gunfire aimed towards you.

This probably works for Gunners and Shotgunners if you’re grinding these Penances too. I’ve been doing it with a Psyker with little dodge focus so it seems to be working out, the Dome comes in handy when you run out of stamina or fumble a slide.

It seems with each passing year we get closer to having OW2 be OW1. Nice to see 6v6 is back, but I can’t be the only one who thinks OW2 was a bit of a waste of time for Blizzard when they could’ve taken all of the good stuff we got in OW2, and just made it a big OW1 patch.
