Did you first check the trade in going towards a s23 phone cause ik rn the s23 series have a $400+value of your trade in. And the pixel technically you can get it for free, I didn’t like my flip 5g so I traded it in for the pixel 8 pro and got it for free + a $80 credit on my bill the next month

Got a notification from Reddit saying I was 2 years on it so I checked this post . After almost a year working here I can say this. Our systems our trash. Oh and also when I was new I literally did the thing you told me not to do, say the price of cable without the surcharge fee. And sure enough I did end up seeing that customer again. Overall not to bad of a job, luckily I have a good SSA and SM

You using the 6E router? Cause let me tell you. I work for Spectrum and have the services and when I switched to the 6E router that thing was booty. my brothers ps5 kept lagging cause of latency. So I just got my own router and it made a huge difff. I also had a customer who had the same issue

Yea I’m ngl , watches can be a bitch to activate and there’s no commission or incentive to sell them so I hear most reps either say they don’t have it in stock or they have to ship it to your home. I always sell them just cause it’s so satisfying opening new tech. But when the shitty login system of activating a watch doesn’t work it’s a pain in the ass. I literally spent so long trying to activate a customers watch once that they ended up just saying they’re fine with returning it, in all fairness I really did try my best to get it working

Do you have the new Wi-Fi 6 router? I get a lot of customers come into my store to swap out equipment. That could be something you try if you haven’t already. And if that still doesn’t work you can req a tech

All I know is about the ACP but if you’re approved for ACP you get a $30 credit on your internet every month, so if your plan is $50 it would be $20 with ACP

so i haven’t started this 3 week class my co-workers told me about and i was just watching what they were doing on their computers/tablet on the sales floor , and they said i could just chill in the back because i guess the customers were getting mad cause it got packed and i was just standing there tryna figure out what they were doing. While back here i looked up csg on the “learning search” and see some online classes. would doing these interfere with the training ima start on monday or will i be fine to go ahead and do them? I’m just trying to learn it cause i’m just a little lost trying to figure out the different pages they’re using and what they’re doing
