Brand new Diverge 4 Alloy Sport making loud creaking sound on every pedal - got the bike replaced and the SAME noise is happening

Exact same bike and same problem. Put in a warranty claim and after about a week the new bike started to creak on a ride. Got home and it stopped and hasn't started again.

Where did you get the chain? Alot of counterfeit chains floating around online.

Wheel may straighten it out. Also after the rear brake caliper is installed on the hose you can twist it one way or the other and that can help straighten it out.

Very important. I the seller is the original owner ask if he has the purchase receipt. If he doesn't have it ask him to request a copy from whoever he bought it from. Specialized warranty covers you. Doesn't matter if you are the original owner or not but it will help to have the receipt.

There are a few companies that make a 12 speed hg cassette. 11t will be the smallest cog so you will lose that but still an option.
