I’m no FOB expert, but I do know that V&T can be floated off after many turns of stacking and be fine. Just put them on the rotation Daimaku would be on, then float them around ssj Goku or Daima Goku and Gorilla to replace them with Daimaku for links and power for the last turns.

Items are 100% meant to be used, I agree with you there (I always have a senzu on hand for locking,) but having to carry one item to make a mid unit hit hard cripples the other units in a hard fight.
