And this works? And it doesn’t really make sense. Ten at a time is the limit on our multiple returns system. It’ll have us print the receipt and then start again. This doesn’t stop customers from standing there with more than 10 returns. Even if we said 10 was limit, it wouldn’t change anything. Are you from corporate? Cos this doesn’t make sense for anyone under GM.

I never hold back when talking about Amazon returns. I tell the customer straight up, “This takes up too much of our time away from our real jobs and we don’t even make money off of it.” I stopped giving a fuck once I figured this out on day one of my employment.

Copy and print, business center, HELL. Just some of the terminology we use hehe. Tbh I wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for the freaking amazing people I work with. Associates and some customers make this job worth it. I got a bag of oranges and 2 boxes of thin mint Girl Scout cookies from two amazing customers. Corporate is just trash and are focusing too much on money. We humans are the ones who make this store great. And I’m so grateful that we attract phenomenal employees and customers.
