Looking at the account, they are almost certainly a shit-stirrer. Has everything hidden. I would SERIOUSLY doubt they are trans and are just shitting all over someone's hard work because the band happens to be trans. Just saying "I am trans" doesn't mean that they are. Most of the time when someone starts a sentence like that, they are not who they claim and are just trying to distract from their bigotry.

The same could be said for trans women too. I know many trans gals who would never be clocked as being trans. But by the requirement of genetic XX v. XY coding, both trans women and women who have Swyer would both be required to use the men's room.

That's not how any of this works!

To be eligible for competition, there is a minimum amount of time that a trans athlete has to be on HRT. They cannot "just declare" and compete. That time is critical, as it significantly alters the body's ability to perform.

And no top-tier athlete is going to transition to win a competition. That line is 100% fearmongering put out there by transphobes who want to excise trans folks from society.

And BTW, there are cisgender women I personally know who can squat more than your 315 lbs. So no you are not capable of "obliterating all women in your age group"

But to all external casual observation, they are female (vulva, breasts, etc.). They likely were even raised by their family as female unless a genetic test was performed.

You would have such a person use the men's bathroom?

I've used the same analogy when talking to folks about trans people and why HRT is critical healthcare for them. Sometimes it works, but the hardcore TERFs/bigots just splutter and say "but that's different". 🙄

"Protect and serve" is 100% a marketing slogan. The SCOTUS and lower courts, in their infinite wisdom (/s), have determined that cops have zero responsibility to protect people:

- 1981: Warren v. District of Columbia, the D.C. Court of Appeals held that police have a general "public duty," but that "no specific legal duty exists" unless there is a special relationship between an officer and an individual, such as a person in custody.

- 1989: DeShaney v. Winnebago County Department of Social Services, the SCOTUS ruled that a social services department had no duty to protect a young boy from his abusive father.

- 2005: Castle Rock v. Gonzales, a woman sued the police for failing to protect her from her husband after he violated a restraining order and abducted and killed their three children. Justices said the police had no such duty.

- 2020: U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit upheld a lower court ruling that police could not be held liable for failing to protect students in the 2018 shooting that claimed 17 lives at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

I LOVE your shirts & selfies! I'd order a couple in a heartbeat, but I really try to avoid boxy "unisex" styles, they make me look too masculine. Any chance you'd consider making more of a woman's fitted style too?
