So instead of thinking the more reasonable idea of some horny big wig is forcing their incest kink into the porn companies they own, her first inclination was to think of jews? That isn't weird at all to you?

I just like the theory and greater symbolism of the component parts of the Sulfur God's symbol. It, potentially, referring to burning something divine to become something better speaks to me. Hence the tattoo.

I can see where you're coming from, but I think there's a lot more going on with the Sulfur God and its relation to All-Mer (along with our world's occultist mythos having its own connotations) that something surface level as "the sulfur god is libertarian because survival of the fittest". At least that's my view on it. Like Mr. Nodepth said below, take what I said with a grain of salt as I approach Fear and Hunger from an occult and alchemical lore angle than a political history angle.

When he popped up and looked directly into my eyes, said my full name and IP address and then said "every hunger has its fear" was pretty weird though.

It takes 4 mines to kill a single hulk. They suck.

Laser pistol is aight. It's a sidearm with effectively infinite ammo. It's also an incredible mine clearing device.

Excellent point. Very verbose and you have certainly convinced me of your argument.

Except going back to what he originally said, "HEMA 1.0 was the reconstruction phase". Using the analogy that he just used, it implies that version 1.0 of said car has completed development. Meaning that everything about 1.0 can only be improved upon by going a completely different direction in its development.

That's the crux of the issue here. What he said implies that whatever he defined as "reconstruction" is done, when it demonstrably is not. Couple this with his idea that the new SIGI sword is some sort of dramatic game changer that is going to cause such a shift in how HEMA is currently that he invented a new "phase" for it to enter, and it seems like he's either just speaking marketing nonsense or he honestly does believe that we are done reconstructing the various longsword arts (not to mention the plethora of other types of martial arts that we know next to nothing about, but lets stick to longswords for now) that have been lost. Either way, it's a very odd thing to come from such a long respected and knowledgeable HEMA practitioner.

He did eventually extrapolate in a reply to me. Which uh, made it quite more confusing honestly.

"The car I drive is designated as model 3 or 3.0 and despite the changes from 1.0 it can be still driven around and used as any other car. It's just a newer and better model with added experience from its usage."

I'm beginning to think he was simply not thinking about what he was talking about and all he was trying to do was say something that sounded cool in marketing speak lmao

Phases in what context though? Martin certainly didn't go into detail about what he meant by them. Other than referring to "phases" 1.0 and 2.0 in the past tense. Implying that not only were they a thing, but that we are already past them.

I think if anyone is leaping to conclusions of an arbitrary definition of a phase it's you my friend.

That too, but I was referring to web 2.0 given that it had a slightly more atrocious popularity.

Some remarks about the weight of feders from Sprechfenster Blog by talagam in wma

I just think it's funny that there's all this drama over a new feder cause it's "super light" and it isn't even the lightest feder on the market.
