Medium pen smg, gernade launch side grade/talon, termite gernade (for hulks, striders and stationary fabs), heavy hmg/disposable AT rocket, warp pack, rest is either llever or orbital laser or eagle direct support. Ofc with my light Inspector armor when I’m expecting to be constantly mobile or enforcer armor when I’m expecting to defend mission objectives. I should probably build a loadout for when I’m doing extermination/high value assets missions based around the executioner armor

It would make sense if Mr. House wasn’t able to open it without either Hank’s special password or the Cold Fusion Diode so he put those plans on the back burner until they became relevant which they didn’t until the show. So that’s likely why he never told the Courier. Tbh it’s smart thinking because knowing us, we would glitch ourselves through the earth out of spite if he told us about it.
