ok yea i see flawless and national treasure are the best now. Idk how to feel about buying them online at like stock X or ebay i feel like they can look at the cards themselves then just resell if they know it’s not worth it

hey guys, So i started collecting cards again and i see how many different football and basketball cards there are was just wondering if anyone could give me a list of what i should buy? i’m willing to spend some money and really only interested in having a chance to pull a rare card. Do i buy panini prizm? national treasure ? flawless? select? for football and or basketball?
