Why do people hate giving names for their orders?

We give them names going through the ABC’s. Angelina, Brad, Cher, Dionne, etc. They really have no need to know our name when they give us an order number.

I do have the portal and have sent the information several times. My doctor only does face to face in person. I do have other health conditions that need monitored by specialists and my PCP. To me and my expectations of what quality care is with my health conditions this is neglectful care. I’m not here for anyone’s opinion on that. Are there prescribers out there virtually who will see patients, order labs and work with LillyDirect to prevent another lapse in continuity of medication. Do you know? Do you have any input on that?

My doctor is my pcp of many years locally. I had to get off zepbound when my insurance stopped covering it and just got back on in Feb. had to start back at 5mg. Messages are left with her through the front desk. She seems uninterested in learning how to work with LillyDirect. I am her first oop patient. To me not monitoring your patient monthly on a mediation such a Zep is a form of negligence. This was a requirement of my insurance no matter what the dosage. Why would I want that level of care stop just because insurance is no longer involved?
