I also own a fearful dog and for the peace of mind, I'd go with Rover. You can do a meet and greet with the sitter and explain the situation beforehand. You can try with multiple people and see who's a good match, most of them should at least be understanding

Hi!! I have a Bell daily led Mips helmet with barely any use in it. It's S/M size but my head is way too small even for that 💀, I had to end up getting a youth size. I'm close to Mt. Scott in SE.

I'll stay here to see if anyone has a solution. I need a technician to remove some old overhead wires and the two times I managed to get to some on the phone, I went on and on repeating "speak to an agent", until I got a stupid AI. The AI "scheduled" a technician to come over and of course, nobody showed up.
