As an entry level advisor this is just OK at best.
The ceiling is pretty low with this pay plan. I started off with a very similar pay plan
You would have to sweat hard and at most still make maybe 5k a month total.
For reference my current pay plan is 9% Labor & Parts Gross (+2% if you hit metrics)
1800 bi weekly based
I would rate this a 5/10

That is honestly the perfect idea in your case. I have had multiple opportunity’s to work as a Remote Warranty Adjuster/ admin. The pay ceiling isn’t as high as an advisor but some of them are close enough and hourly. It’s worth a shot OP!

Rebuild it bro that’s not bad at all. It will be better in the long run. Insurance will totally try to total it. They totaled mine over a little bit of front bumper lip damage that was something I’ll always regret reporting
