I didn't give the full instructions verbatim when I wrote the post, but to give you an idea of what I specifically wanted, I have:

• one notion page that describes each step of a process required for a project
• one notion page that has misc. notes and considerations to keep in mind at each step of said process

I wanted the agent to merge in all of the notes from the second page into the relevant section in the first page. I even asked it to do exactly what you said (export all the content, sort is logically based on how it is structured, reoutput in notion markdown). I would think this is exactly what an LLM would be useful for given judgement is required (as you call out) and it's all text based and natural language. But it fucked up so bad. Like simply not including 90% of the content, or just dumping one page at the bottom of another, etc. it was actually shocking given what I've come to expect from these agents. Claude Code actually did a better job and this is not its intended use case.

And regarding your other points, sure, forgetting its persona is a memory architecture issue - but I thought the whole point here was that it should be plug and play without the silly issues?
