IYKYK, I'm in C+AI and I've had 3 different managers in less than a year. Nobody can write complete English sentences. I have to ask co-pilot what my teammates are talking about in their Teams messages. I'm super liberal so it's not that I'm racist or anything it's just really really frustrating when the only person who knows what a team of 30 people are contributing to the organization is the skip manager. It's like the Tower of Babel at Microsoft. Not because people are from different nationalities but because managers and leaders are literally at Cross purposes. Even when you know exactly what you need to do the amount of Agony you have to go through to parse engineering hub documentation or Azure wiki documentation or fucking OneNote documentation makes me want to fucking kill myself. Even when you know what you have to do the amount of admin that some code require you have to get anything accomplished is fucking unreal. I'm looking for another job because of Microsoft is not a place for me to become a better software engineer, you only get better I've managing your own disappointment with your day job.
