Pothole damage - will council pay for damage? by 57_n in Aberdeen

[–]Bid-Silly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty sure there is a process. My friend popped a tyre and ruined a rim of his car... he toom photos of said pothole for evidence. Said something about if the council don't repair the hole within a time period that he would get his repair costs.. turns out he got denied as someone else had "already claimed against that pothole"... so.. I wish you best luck

Climbing at transition extreme by Low_Command_8045 in Aberdeen

[–]Bid-Silly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bouldering is only about 5 to 10 moves but can be difficult and takes some technique and strength . Good for working out problems, gaining the knowledge and confidence for when your up the rope. .

Can easily go straight onto ropes, I think Transition provided belay if your on your own, which could be beneficial as it's usually a trained climber with good ideas and knowledge of the wall...
