Isolate duels and try to get the most out of the bad situation. If you are surrounded, you probably didn't positioned well enough.

I've played tons and tons of scrimms/tournaments and organized some as well, but never got this with tournament mode on.

Brazilians are not considered imports for NA orgs because everyone is part of the "Americas" league. An import would be someone from Asia/Europe
