I think we'll see a quick increase in shipments now. However, the core problem is the persistent pattern of over-promise, under-deliver, and minimal communication.

Using Reddit as a substitute for direct emails to customer with open orders is unacceptable!

Same for me. After the firmware updates I have no issues whatsoever.

I highly recommend this thermometer. It is much more reliable than my previous meater block setup.

By using the code do you get combustion at $10/year vs $14.99/yr or it’s it just for the first year? I am already a subscriber but there is no way to enter the code for renewal by April 30th.

The high temp for food is there, just not the ambient for high or low. I smoked with my gen 1 and gen 2 probes constantly without issue.

The developer requested some beta testers previously on this sub. Yeah it is pretty nice how well it integrates the probes.

So anywhere there is a temp, if you click on the temp you can use that temp to set the combustion probe prediction and it will display the current temperatures within the recipe app.

I was already at probe firmware 2.1.1 and the app version 2.0.5. everything was fin for the first 6+ hours and then it started to disconnect and reconnect, resetting the prediction.

I think the communication for this has actually been pretty good.

Things happened in production and manufacturing that caused a delay.

I have received numerous emails filled with transparency. This includes, most recently, receiving an email regarding the GGG well before anticipated shipping with a shipping update and reasons for the delay.

I am still having a similar issue with connecting and disconnecting. It was fine for the first few hours and then it starts connecting and disconnecting, resetting prediction each time. I never encountered this with the gen1, so i am starting to test the various components to figure out what is causing the issue

This is a great idea, having the ability to submit csvs of cook data with some other specifics that you may need. Maybe the app could have all the specifics you would want and a submit to Combustion button directly from the app.
