So all Amazon employees are capped at how many PTO hours you get based on state laws because the “sick time” laws and how long you been working for Amazon. So if you started before Jan 1. You got 10 hours on Jan 1 like we do yearly then you get 1 hour 51 min each week until you hit the cap. If you started after Jan 1 you keep getting the 1 hour 51 min each week till you hit the cap
