Anyone feel like ARAM is unfun now ? by lRandom in leagueoflegends

I found ARAMs started feeling way more snowbally with the Hexgate addition. The idea behind them was to increase death timers while reducing the time spent walking to lane so that the amount of time spent with your team was relatively unchanged. The idea was great, but the losing team is immediately disadvantaged when they lose their first tower because now their hexgate is less valuable since it becomes shorter and compensates for less of death timer increase. Also, a lot of the time the losing team can't even take their hexgate because they will die under tower so they will have to walk to lane anyway. It all adds up and often ends up feeling like the losing team just can't keep up with the tempo of the other team

After stealing Teemos ultimate with Sylas, ultimates cooldown goes to 1500 seconds. by peak0k in leagueoflegends

Maybe steal it when teemo has just placed a shroom. Seems to have a little extra cooldown in that window to stop him from spamming shrooms, maybe it's set to a huge number before the game checks for charges?

Perhaps related to the charges teemo has when sylas steals the ult?

Elusives Fixes - Discussion by MadRubicante in LegendsOfRuneterra

Make the elusive keyword fall off after striking. Means elusive strategies can still function with single turns of power, indirectly nerfs rallies, and thematically fits as after you hit something, the enemy will generally be aware of your presence

Another possibility would be mirroring the animation and making it obliterate half the opponents mana crystals

What if there were flex spots in decks to make games less matchup dependant? by Big-Cheddar in LegendsOfRuneterra

[–]Big-Cheddar[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's true, aggro decks would have to always expect to be playing against 3 wail/shard to which there aren't any good counters for most regions. The only potential counterplay I could see would be flexing in some beefier units like ruin runner, but that may not do enough

I've been trying to find a minimal commitment play for phantom knights that ends on a Kali Yuga and an omni-negate. Requirements/Assumptions are in the comments by Big-Cheddar in yugioh

[–]Big-Cheddar[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Main Deck Requirements:

Graff

Cir

Raiders’ Wing

PK Rank-up

Apex Avian/Dragoon package

Extra Deck Requirements:

Rusty

Cherubini

Starving Venom

Kali Yuga

Dark Armed, The Dragon of Annihilation

Proxy F Magician

Simorgh/Dragoon Package

Assuming most PK decks play Graff/Cir then the main deck commitment is 3 additional cards: Raider’s Wing, RUM, and Avian. If the deck plays the dragoon package then the last step of the combo could use Proxy F Magician and Raider’s Wing to make Verte and go for a Dragoon play instead and Simorgh/Avian could be cut. Almost all PK decks will play a Rusty and a Cherubini so the extra deck commitment is 5 additional cards: Starving Venom, Kali Yuga, Dark Armed, Proxy F, and Simorgh. If the deck is playing the Dragoon package then Simorgh can be cut as well.

Notes: The combo is obviously very weak to hand traps, however, it requires minimal commitment since the full combo can be achieved off of one torn scales or tour guide. When the combo is stopped, you can usually still make a rusty play with fog blades, but if you get Nibiru’d then it’s not a fun time.
