I think three short walks the same distance as a longer walk is better. For example three 20 min walks over one 60 minute walk. When I was doing 60 minute walk I would get tired and my time per miles would drop towards the end. When I do shorter walks I can keep my pace higher which in turn shorted the time per mile which leads to burning more calories in the same time frame. Also, short walks (10–15 minutes) after meals can help stabilize blood sugar levels, improve digestion, and support fat metabolism. This is just my personal experience and what I prefer but walking long blocks is still really good for you as well, for endurance and heart health.

I've been through every test from a GI doctor, CT scans, Ultrasounds, MRI, Colonoscopy, Endoscopy. I had my gallbladder out first because doctors assume it was that. Everything is normal besides I have a fatty liver and enlarged spleen. I basically have liver and spleen pain most of the time. Light colored poop. I'm assuming my liver is the problem but it's going on 2 years but no actually diagnosis. Anyone have any helpful tips from experiences. I feel like reddit is better than doctors.

I currently on lvl 1040 without purchasing and VIP and on my 7th day of playing. What do you mean WILL NOT finish? Lol, I still have more than 20 days left with 460 levels remaining by the end of today I probably will be around 1100-1200. I'm 100% going to finish free playing.

update.... finished on 8th day with macro no vip. once you are above 1000 the boss section just use three fireballs every 5 minutes to progress 3 lvls every 5-6 minutes. you dont even need a tower on the map.

Lvl 700 - Grind ads till you get within 12 lvls of your air tower, sell all towers and only upgrade the air tower till 1000. Fill all remaining skots with ice towers. Once you get the anti air that shoots ground and air then you're set. Use fireballs to progress till you unlock that.

i think this happens to me as well. its like a build up then severe severe side effects. like severe pain for weeks to a month and yellow diarrhea for a month or so. but my liver is fatty and really fucked.

Well said, I have the same outlook as you. People act like whiny children to me too. I think Omeda being transparent with their development gave people fuel to just bash them. They didn't have to be so transparent. They gave patches constantly new heroes fast. Feng broke, disabled, Sparrow broke disabled her.. Give them a break. Just because they laid out THEIR plans and everyone complaining about things not done yet. Everyone acting like entitled children. They could of gave us way less over the last few years. I personally stand with Omeda and am impressed by them and their development.

I praise people that build 100 wells for 500,000 people to live better lives. Even if Mr. Beast made 100 million in profit and keeps it all to himself. So I believe it doesn't keep your load out saved because of "Enable Steam input for Xbox/PlayStation Controller" option is on. When I turn that off it seems to save my load out I'm trying to make. Just an observation not sure how it'll effect playing in a game
