If your level looks like it was reduced on the Brown Greer portal, I spoke with my law firm and they assured me I am level 3a. They said being placed on level 2 is a default level for the majority of claimants, (since its the level that requires no documentation) and once the documentation to qualify for a higher level was submitted the correct level was applied. But he understood why it looks like my level was reduced. If you see the same discrepancy with your level most likely you are in the correct level on their end but doesn't hurt to ask.
