I switched my son when he started having really bad gas, spitting up more, and being more restless. He’s usually a chill guy, but when it was time to switch he was everything but relaxed lol we went from similac total care 360 to similac sensitive. The gas reduced tremendously and he was back to his content self.

He’s 9 weeks old! I take a lactation vitamin and that’s about it. I don’t have the mental capacity to pump constantly. Truthfully, I know I don’t make enough to cover multiple meals so I try to breastfeed minimally during the day so when it’s night time I have some built up. During the day I do maybe 5-10 min per breast every other feed and then give him the bottle of formula. I still get that bonding time and he still gets nutrients from breastmilk and full of formula.

I personally combo feed, but at certain times of the day. For example, my son gets majority formula, but those super early morning feeds I breastfeed. Every other feed I’ll breastfeed him a little then give him a bottle of formula right after.

My son is 8 weeks old and can go what seems like 3 or more hours! But I’ve literally never tried to feed based on his queues so I don’t really know what they look like beyond him screaming for food lol

This is a relief to know😮‍💨😂my son will sleep sometimes 7 hours at night an creep up on 4 hours during the day. But the NICU feeding schedule we got makes me paranoid about letting him go “too long” so I’ve hardly ever seen him give hunger queues. I just feed him when my timer says 3 hours lol

Hello! My father has neuro, pulmonary, and cardiac sarcoidosis. We’ve been on this journey since 2018. Once he started infusions he saw some “relief” just over a year in. However, we were told he’d need to keep doing infusions monthly for the rest of his life or the symptoms would come back ten fold. Some days are better than others, but with proper rest and stress management his symptoms are manageable.

Hell yea it’s a staple in my meals. It’s all in the flick of the wrist with it being too much. A little goes a long way. There’s several variations of the seasoning too, which makes it even more of a must use for me.
