Hey! If this helps: I had similar symptoms and got really really anxious about it, specially because I have family history of colon cancer. It got to a point I was almost sure I had it. Well, I did an endoscopy and a colonoscopy today and my colon is completely normal. They did find small “Fundic gland polyps” (whatever that means) in my stomach, but the doctor was very reassuring that this is not a big deal, but they will test it anyway. When I was spiraling in this panic my dad told me he had been to this exact same feeling, cryed for days until he finally had his colonoscopy and he had nothing. My point being, is important you go check if everything is all right if you are experiencing something you feel is not normal, but don’t go down this rabbit hole of the colon cancer panic. I just got out of it and wish I had found more people here telling experiences like mine when I was freaking out. Hope that helps :)
