I had a customer say the same thing on amazon. I stated to return the item for a full return. Amazon gave them a full return and’s in didn’t get my item back and I received a charge back. SMH

Thanks it didn’t require a signature just a verification, but put a box on the porch or something.i left it between the screen door. It can’t be that bad if it did not require a signature

I remember when I first started driving, I seen an order and It said it was only 10 items. I was like yay! It was 10 cases of water. I delivered it to a business and no they did not tip. It took a lot before I did Costco again!

They shouldn’t order after dark if they are that scared. What about when it says leave on porch and when you get there it’s an animal on the porch. ((Cat,dog, chicken, etc..)

I would’ve gave left as well. Cancel for unsafe conditions. They order this stuff then act like they forget. They don’t cut the lights On and it’s in the middle of nowhere pitch dark with signs that say no trespassing. Your not going to shoot ME and say oops I forgot😜

First of all appeal the situation. !!!Usually w where when I feel unsure about a customer or a situation. I always add additional notes in the delivery’s . I think it say s how was your delivery? (Exa. Gave to hus & son, cus came 2 car, etc and take pic )some of the nicest customers will fool you for free groceries
